A risk evaluation can help lower those big premiums for the insured or it can place the proper coverage where it is required. A risk evaluation will expose hidden risk liabilities as well as uncovering those non-risk situations. With a proper risk evaluation you can rest assured that your client has the coverage he/she needs.

Basic evaluation fees

• On-site inspection (with documents & photos, includes 50 mi. travel) -- $180.00
• Full evaluation report, listing required changes and risk/perils
• A comparison report of policy and found risk/non-risks
• An interview with both Agent & Insured

Additional fees (if required)

• Hourly rate -- $80.00 if additional time is required
• Mileage -- $0.65 per mile (includes travel time)
• Expenses will be billed out @ cost (tolls, reports from state)
• Photos -- $2.50 each
• Compliance re-inspection -- $100.00
